The Computer Support Group (CSG) does not provide mail service. Information Technology Services (ITS) does provide email service on campus. For help with the email services that ITS provides, such as Hawkmail and Listserv, click here.
The CSG will provide help for problems with Hawkmail on supported email clients run on CSG-supported equipment. However, the CSG cannot provide any help for server-related problems. Supported Hawkmail clients include Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access (OWA). Common client-related problems would include the application not launching, font or plugin problems, and archiving to local disk.
