If you are sending mail to any address managed by Information Technology Services (ITS), such as a campus routing alias or Hawkmail mailbox, your mail will be filtered by an ITS mail server. Mail servers managed by ITS have their own policies regarding attachment filtering. See Guidelines to Attachments for information about sending mail with attachments via ITS mail servers.
