All your folders should automatically appear in Alpine; you don't need to subscribe to them.
Apple Mail
All your folders should automatically appear in Apple Mail; you don't need to subscribe to them.
Eudora
All your folders should automatically appear in Eudora; you don't need to subscribe to them.
Evolution

In the main menu across the top of the Evolution window, open the Folder
submenu.
Click on Subscriptions.
In the Server: box in the Folder Subscriptions window, choose your
Mathematical Sciences account.
Scroll down the list of folders and put a check in the check box beside
any you want to subscribe to.
Click on the Refresh button.
Click on Close.
Mozilla

Right-click on your Inbox.
In the menu, select "Subscribe..."
If you have nested folders, click on the "+" by each folder to see
subfolders.
Click on the box beside each folder you want to subscribe to, so that the
box shows a check mark.
When you have checked every box you want to subscribe to, click on the
"Subscribe" button.
click the "OK" button.
Netscape

Right-click on your Inbox.
In the menu, select "Subscribe..."
If you have nested folders, click on the "+" by each folder to see subfolders.
Click on the box beside each folder you want to subscribe to, so that the box shows a check mark.

Click on "IMAP Folders..."
Click on the "Query" button.
Click on the tab marked "All" in the "Folder" box.
Select the folders you want to subscribe to.
Click on the "Subscribe" button.

Outlook Express

Click on "Tools" in the menu bar.
Click on "IMAP Folders..."
Click on the "Reset List" button.
Click on the tab marked "All" in the "Folder" box.
Select the folders you want to subscribe to.
Click on the "Show" button.
Click on the "OK" button.
pine

Thunderbird

Right-click on your Inbox.
In the menu, select "Subscribe..."
If you have nested folders, click on the "+" by each folder to see subfolders.

When you have checked every box you want to subscribe to, click on the "Subscribe" button.
Click the "OK" button.
Webmail
Your Webmail environment may be configured so that you don't need to subscribe to folders. If that is the case, then all your folders should appear in Webmail, without your having to do anything.
To see whether Webmail is configured to use subscriptions, follow this procedure:

In the menu across the top of the Webmail Inbox page, click on
"Options".
Select "Server and Folder Information".
If the box by "Use IMAP folder subscriptions?" is not checked, then
Webmail is configured so that you don't need to subscribe to folders. All
your folders should appear automatically.
If the box is checked, then you have two options.

You can configure Webmail to not use subscriptions.

Uncheck the box by "Use IMAP folder subscriptions".
Click on the "Save" button.

In the menu across the top of the page, click on "Folders".
Check-mark each folder you want to be subscribe to.
Select "Subscribe to Folder(s)" from the pull-down menu.
