Mozilla Firefox - This is useful because of its pop-up blocking and tabbed browsing. I also like a few extensions:
Web Developer - you can do everything under the sun to an html document with this extension
Sage - A nice RSS/ATOM feed reader
Adblock - Configurable ad block (uses regex)
NoScript - Allows configurable blocking of Flash, Java, and Javascript
